It was to be expected that Airfix_9 would fall for the numerous bribes of Romanian sausages and excellent home made liquor offered by our newest clan member neamtzu. Airfix_9 has become Imperial as a clan captain. Not only did she refuse to step down after one month as was agreed in the Marx Brothers rule book, she has fattened heavily and has become too lazy even to reject candidacies. Picture a woman, sitting on red pillows marked with an pseudo-imperial “AF9”-emblem, surrounded by young studs (who are a serious burden on Marx Brothers finances) and who from time to time shouts: ‘give me more, give me more’ whilst pointing at Twiglets especially made for her. She has even become too lazy to post anything decent about the newest addition to the Marx Brothers. It really has become tragic. It also seems Airfix_9 is to stay on the Marx Brothers throne and quite frankly: she has become to fat to pull her off.
Our newest clan brother was asked by some of the Marx Brothers to buy – on the expense of Marx Brothers (we trashed one of the studs in Her service but she did not notice – those excellent Romanian sausages and liquor and present that as a gift. Whilst being asked what this meant, Neamtzu pointed out that this was a local tradition in dealing with Government officials in Romania. That is right, dear readers of this blog: Neamtzu has good oversight and is full of clever and witty remarks and that is a damn good reason to make him clan brother.
Neamtzu – Romanian slang for “he who choked on a prune yet was successfully able to swallow it through drinking the excellent Romanian home-made liquor made by his aunty tzu” – is a fine young man and a fine addition to the team. Marx Brothers were looking east and stopped looking when they passed the Hungarian border: the quality expected was found. He has a win ratio of 49 % percent, excels in all the other requirements MB has set and is for us Marx Brothers slaves – Airfix_9 has been bullying us around quite hard recently – a mate to share the burden with. Airfix_9 is so demanding that none of the Marx Brothers found/finds time to do some serious blogging, some serious research, some serious work altogether. We fall down in our shack dead tired in the evening. At least with neamtzu, we had someone to take over one “late night standby call” to write this post…
Now I have to hurry back before Her Royal Madness misses one of her drudges. I can only say: don’t despair, we will throw off our shackles soon! And to neamtzu: welcome in the clan! We really appreciate you wanted to join Marx Brothers as you are a great addition to the team.
