It seems like Dodo Clan found some “fools” willing to join them. Of course, rather than having people flock to them because they are outstanding, remarkable, high in clan ranking or another positive feature, Dodo Clan is flocking to the people by sending invitations, using forum posts and the like.
It would be rather odd to see a top team like Manchester United write on a public forum or in a newspaper: “Hi everybody. If you think you are fit to play in our team. Please send us a message.” That sounds like something for Luton Town, the lowest rank team in Britain, to do. If you browse through the pages of the “clan announcements” in the Powersoccer forum, you will see that none of the clans that matter publish there. They can pick any player they want and ask them to join, as has been the tradition of Marx Brothers and many other absolute top clans in the past. Not Surreal though: they publish an announcement that they are looking for players.
Their new co-captain, rodry2, on which we will dwell a bit more later on, posted the following intruiging message: “Surreal search for new members so everybody have chance to join BUT you need : Rating above 1850, Level above 75, Sportsmanship stars 2,5 minimum.When you have that contact powdersnow, 1champion1,or stigba well if nobody online wrote message in clan guestbook,gl in reaching requierd reqeriments!!See you in game.”
What do we read here: 1) everybody has a chance to join; 2) your sportsmanship stars should be 2,5 minimum.
Wait a minute! What did the Surreal blog say again? Let’s update ourselves: •
- You are level 99
- You are a former nr 1
- You are a legend (meaning member for at least two years, but you also need to be good…)
- current league champions from one of the seven leagues has a good chance of being admitted
- other possible reasons, but you need to make a REAL strong case for yourself
You have to be an absolute Powersoccer hero. Pperplex is one and probably Vkultras, who was brutally attacked on the Surreal Blog and compared to a helpless even moron-like kid, is one in the making. But all the new members? Who on earth are they? What is their “star quality”?

Who is he? Is he a secret star? One of those stars at the other side of reality (so we failed to notice him). Let’s dig a bit in the forum to find out who he really is.
First apparently he was part of the FC Shadows Youth Academy. At least, that is what we thought he was. It seems, according to the reaction of that other user, that he was copying a name in order to give himself a certain importance under the idea: “if we can’t create our own identity, let’s pick somebody elses.”
That same day – that same day! – he announced in the forum that he was looking for a clan. Then we lose track of him until the 16th of April where he again announces he is looking for a clan. Clanhopper, anyone?
Then he created or recreated the clan “The Elements” – to be pointed out by the former owner he got his historical record wrong and he left that clan to found the “Beatles” some days later…
And on Tuesday he became member of Surreal and two days later he was made co-captain.
Well… it is either me or their definition of “legends” really is lame. You are a legend if…

Lejte8 isn't in surreal anymore.
Yes lejte8 is a very nice guy, and good at this new version, he left Surreal and asked us for a better clan TVST, :P
