He is like a boxer in the ring: he approaches, jumps around like a dancer, stoops and dives and runs of again. In fact it is no more then just trying to impress the opponent.
So just be the boxer that controls the ring: stay calm, stay cool and above all look cool. Sip will stop as soon as he runs out of breath (which of course is pretty quick looking at the amount if cigarettes he smokes during a regular day at "work":
So (as usual) a lot of barking but he never bites!
