Lead us to safe waters, o Captain!

For those of you unaware of anything but their own little issues, the Belgian government is on the brink of falling yet again. This must have been the 5th time in 3 years time. Belgians are good at having a failed government and are even better at organizing expensive elections every two years. As Belgium has a duty to vote, everybody loses its free Sunday and have you imagined all the paper that is used?
Anyways, what Belgium would need is a steady ship. A long period of non-falling governments. Somebody who can captain the ship for quite a long time. Reflecting back on history, I have noticed that only one man succeeded in having a 40 years reign without one single government falling (granted, he was not a prime minister yet he had to accept the demission of a government, and he never did so they worked on). I am talking about King Leopold II. And look what his greatest asset was:

I have the impression that Marx Brothers is also an unsteady bunch at the moment. So we need a captain. Who else can it be then:

Lead us to safe waters, o Captain!
